Healthy Marriage and Responsible Fatherhood (HMRF) grants. Nearly $111 million has been awarded to 91 grantees in 28 states and 1 territory. New Pathways for Fathers and Families, and Responsible Fatherhood Opportunities for Reentry and Mobility (ReFORM) grants aim to strengthen positive father-child engagement, improve fathers’ employment outcomes and foster healthy relationships. The Healthy Marriage and Relationship Education grants support comprehensive services including those designed to improve marriage and relationship skills, as well as activities to promote economic stability.
