Dear Bill, Many claim that an individual's family structure is a personal matter that should be of no concern to others. However, according to MARRI research, a child's family arrangement significantly influences how he/ she costs society because of bad or criminal behavior. This Mapping America highlights a number of MARRI findings that show how a family's structure impacts the legal system.
