There's still time to register for the 7th annual Families on the Run this Saturday, December 3. This fun event not only promotes health and fitness, but it's also a chance for families to do something fun together for the holidays. Runners and families from all across the region will gather to compete in the 5K, 10K or non-competitive Kiddie K Fun Jog. The Chick-fil-A Santa Cow will be on hand, and participants are invited to enjoy a hot breakfast during our holiday party at the SportsBarn following the run. Avoid the rush of race day and pick up your race packet on Friday, December 2 at the Downtown SportsBarn between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.

Looking for the perfect holiday gift for your tween-age daughter? First Things First welcomes Secret Keeper Girl Live: Pajama Party Tour to the Chattanooga Convention Center on January 28!! This amazing event is for mothers and their daughters ages 8-12, and offers inspirational messages about true beauty and modesty...and plenty of pajama party fun!! Here's what one mom had to say about SKG: "I took my daughter to this event several years ago in Nashville. We had a blast! The message was great, it was high energy and she got to see that there are lots of moms out there saying the same things to their daughters about modesty. I would highly recommend this experience to any mom and her tweenage daughter. I am planning to be there on the 28th with both of my girls."
Karol Getz, Chattanooga mother of two daughters
The show is from 6:30 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. Tickets are $15.00 with group discounts available.
