The SIRF Study is using rapid learning methods to strengthen fatherhood programs and build evidence on promising practices to improve the recruitment, engagement, and retention of fathers in program activities. This practitioner-focused brief shares the results of a literature scan designed to identify common barriers to participation that affect fatherhood programs, along with promising approaches that programs have tried or considered to address the challenges.
